We offer a £2.95 standard delivery on all orders above £20.00 to most
parts of the UK mainland. This is for week days only and does not
include weekends.
All orders if possible will leave nextday.
Next day delivery before noon charge is £25.
However if you require a Saturday delivery, the cost is £30.
Deliveries
to the Highlands and Offshore addresses will incur a delivery
surcharge. Please add the item to your basket to view the delivery
options.
When our couriers deliver the goods, they will require
you to sign for them. If either you, or your representative are unable
to receive the goods, our carrier will leave a card with contact details
to advise them when delivery can take place.

will not be held liable or responsible for any delay arising as a
result of the action of the courier company.
Bike Shipping Prices
Standard Next Day - £2.95 on items above £30.00 and FREE there after.

Transit Damage - Returns
Please check goods thoroughly before signing to say that you have received them in good condition or sign as goods un-checked.
The
courier will sometimes try to rush you to sign. Just ignore them and
make a check for transit damage before signing anything. This is very
important as we claim from the couriers if ever they are responsible for
such damage.
All deliveries must be signed for as Goods un-checked.
Please
note if you declare that you have received your item in good condition,
it is not possible to later claim that your bicycle was in fact damaged
in transit.
We will accept the return of any unused item in the
original packaging within 7 days of receipt, and we will give you a
refund excluding any postage costs. Goods must be accompanied with all
parts and accessories and in its original packaging including labelling.
If you wish to return a bike for any reason then you will have to
arrange the return postage yourself and will be liable for any damage in
transit on the return journey.

postcode areas will be charged at £10.99 /Islands and Scottish Highlands
will incorporate the following postcode areas: IV, KW, ZE, HS, KA27-28,
PH, PA20-ABOVE, AB31-56, FK19-21, KA27-28, HS1-9, including all
addresses within the Isle of Wight.
The following postcode areas
will be charged at £12.99 Belfast, Scilly Isles, BT1 to BT49, BT51 to
BT57, BT60 to BT71, BT74 to BT82 BT92 to BT94. and TR21 to TR25 &
Isle Of Man.
