The price for the goods will be as stipulated on the website at the time when you place your order. If due to an error or omission, the price published for the goods on our website is wrong, we will inform you of the correct price and give you an opportunity to either cancel, or proceed with the order at the correct price.

Warranty Policy
All bicycles supplied by Online Bike Deal conform to BS6102/1.
Should any original component prove defective in terms of material deficiency, Online Bike Deal must be given the opportunity to replace or repair the item.
"Competition" goods are supplied for specialist use and are subject to extreme wear and stress whilst in use. Life expectancy and durability are greatly reduced and purchasers should note that any claim for failure/wear shall be limited to that of the manufactures guarantees. It is agreed that such use shall be a relevant circumstance for the Sale of Goods Act 1979 (as amended). In addition, parts connected to parts supplied by this company may be placed under stress where specialist/competition parts are used, and purchasers should take advice from experts prior to purchase. Manufacturers may also limit guarantees when components are installed for competition use.
All claims must be submitted to us in writing within the guarantee period stated on the accompanying handbook.
Online Bike Deal liability is limited to the manfacturers warranty, it does not cover labour charges from other cycle dealers, transportation charges or consequential loss.
It is important that a visual inspection of the bicycle packaging is carried out before signing to declare that you have received your cycle in good condition.
This guarantee does not cover the effects of normal wear and tear, or damage caused by accident, abuse or neglect.
No bicycle is indestructible, and for this reason we are unable to guarantee cycles or components for any type of off road use, as damage is more likely to result.
Delivery
We offer a FREE standard delivery on all cyclesand accessories to most parts of the UK mainland. This is for week days only and does not include weekends.
Next day delivery before noon charge is £25.
However if you require a Saturday delivery, the cost is £30
Deliveries to the Highlands and Offshore addresses will incur a delivery surcharge. Please see below for cost of shipping to these areas
When our couriers deliver the goods, they will require you to sign for them. If either you, or your representative are able to receive the goods, our carrier will leave a card with contact details to advise them when delivery can take place.
Online Bike Deal will not be held liable or responsible for any delay arising as a result of the action of the courier company.
Transit Damage - Returns
Please check goods thoroughly before signing to say that you have received them in good condition or sign as goods un-checked.
The courier will sometimes try to rush you to sign. Just ignore them and make a check for transit damage before signing anything. This is very important as we claim from the couriers if ever they are responsible for such damage.
All deliveries must be signed for as 'Goods un-checked'. Please note if you declare that you have received your item in good condition, it is not possible to later claim that your bicycle was in fact damaged in transit.
We will accept the return of any unused item in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt, and we will give you a refund excluding any postage costs. Goods must be accompanied with all parts and accessories and in its original packaging including labelling.
If you wish to return a bike for any reason then you will have to arrange the return postage yourself and will be liable for any damage in transit on the return journey.
